User Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the VibeMap iOS application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using VibeMap, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

VibeMap helps creators discover nearby vibe coders and coordinate local coding meetups. Features may include a map of discoverable users, profiles and project links, meetup hosting/joining, and meetup-related activity messages. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live)
• You must sign in with a supported provider (Apple and/or X)
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure
• Provide accurate profile information and keep it reasonably up to date

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm other users
• Post illegal, fraudulent, hateful, or sexually exploitative content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam meetups, scrape the Service, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to see
• Interfere with security, reverse engineer unprotected parts of the Service, or overload infrastructure
• Use VibeMap to facilitate offline meetups for unlawful purposes

4. Meetups & offline interactions

Meetups are organized by users. VibeMap provides coordination tools but is not a party to offline gatherings and does not supervise in-person meetings. You are solely responsible for your safety and conduct when meeting others. Exact meetup locations may be revealed only to eligible attendees close to start time, and may later be deleted according to product rules.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as project titles, summaries, links, and meetup descriptions). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to share the content you upload.

6. Location features

Map discovery depends on permissions you grant and the visibility mode you choose. Location is used for nearby matching and meetup logistics. Disabling location or choosing hidden mode may limit features.

7. Third-party services

Sign-in and linked project URLs may involve third parties (Apple, X, GitHub, websites you link, maps/navigation). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

8. Termination

You may stop using VibeMap at any time and sign out on device. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect map accuracy, or the conduct of other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeMap and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or from offline meetups.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update this User Agreement periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本用户协议（服务条款）适用于 VibeMap iOS 应用及相关服务。创建账号或使用 VibeMap，即表示你同意本协议及 隐私政策。

VibeMap 帮助创作者发现附近同好并协调同城编程聚会，可能包括地图发现、资料与作品链接、发起/加入聚会，以及聚会相关站内通知。我们可能变更、暂停或下线部分功能。

2. 账号与资格

• 你须年满 13 岁（或你所在地区要求的更高年龄）
• 须通过支持的方式登录（Apple 和/或 X）
• 你对账号下的行为负责，并应妥善保管设备安全

3. 使用规范

• 不得骚扰、威胁或伤害其他用户
• 不得发布违法、欺诈、仇恨或剥削性内容
• 不得冒充他人，不得垃圾刷聚会或未授权抓取数据
• 不得破坏安全机制或滥用基础设施
• 不得利用本应用组织违法线下活动

4. 聚会与线下安全

聚会由用户自行组织。VibeMap 仅提供协调工具，不主办、不监督线下见面。你须自行判断并承担线下互动的安全与行为责任。精确集合点仅在符合条件时向参与者揭示，并可能在聚会结束后删除。

5. 用户内容

你保留所提交内容的权利，并授予我们为运营服务所必需的托管与展示许可。你应确保有权分享所上传内容。

6. 免责与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，服务按“现状”提供，我们不保证持续可用、地图完全准确或其他用户的行为。对于因使用服务或线下聚会产生的间接损失，运营方不承担责任（法律另有强制规定的除外）。
